CONDITIONS:
1.Children up to 3 years old are accommodated free of charge , when sharing a room with two paying adults.
2. All reservations received by fax, email and by phone are accepted only with a 30 % deposit of the total amount or by producing a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.
3. Booking conditions: After having processed your booking enquiry , the reservation is confirmed besides guest approval and with 30% deposit of the total amount , according to the Rules settled by the Associtation of Hoteliers. Payment can be made by bank transfer IBAN : IT 66 P 02008 43220 000300701775 , and then you can send the receipt by e-mail to info@roccadigonato.it or by fax to 0039 (0)921 676863
4 . Cancellations can be made free of charge up until 14 days prior to the day of arrival
5. For cancellations made from the 13th day up to 7th day prior to the day of arrival, 30 % for the first night ‘s accommodation will be charged
6. For cancellations made from the 6th day until the arrival date and in case of No Shows , the first night’s accommodation will be charged.
7. SPA Wellness Center has a separate price list.
8. Our wine list offers you the best Italian and typical wine labels.
9. Early Booking: All reservations received for the summer season ( 01/04 – 31/10 ) by 31/03/14
10. Rolling Booking : All reservations are confirmed if received 60 days prior to the day of the arrival
11. Extra commissions on Best Available Rates: in case the Hotel advertises on Internet a lower rate than a FIT rate ( Free Independent Traveler) previously agreed, the Hotel will offer to Retevacanze a 25 % discount on the best available rate.
